- Turn the thermostat OFF
- Leave the system OFF until a service tech is able to look at it
If you notice a wet spot on the ceiling or water in the furnace (inside unit) or blower (outside unit) area:
- Turn the thermostat OFF
- Leave the system OFF until a service tech is able to look at it
REMEMBER IN THE SUMMER IF A/C DOES NOT WORK TURN IT OFF,
OR A SERVICE PERSON MAY NOT BE ABLE TO WORK ON IT
DRIPPING WATER:
If water is dripping from a pipe sticking out of the soffit:
- Shut of A/C immediately you have an EMERGENCY
Call NASCAIR at 704-504-8884 to fix the problem. If the problem is ignored and not addressed you may have to replace your ceiling etc.

If you have no heat:
- Turn the thermostat OFF.
- Now turn the thermostat to the HEAT setting and monitor to see if the system cycles back on.
- If the furnace is in the attic ensure no one has unintentionally turned OFF the switch above the furnace. This is common during the Holiday Season...
