EMERGENCY
| NO HEAT:
If you have no heat, turn the thermostat to OFF & then back on. If it doesn't work, call for a service appointment.
NO COOLING:
If you have no cooling & you have checked breakers; turn the thermostat to the OFF position until a service tech arrives.
If you notice a wet spot on the ceiling or water in the furnace area of blower unit turn the thermostat to OFF immediately and leave it OFF, and call for a service appointment.
